BioPartner invests in your step from 'life scientist' to entrepreneur
BioPartner helps you, young researchers in life sciences, in making the first step towards entrepreneurship in life sciences. Our First Stage Grant offers you the opportunity to translate your scientific knowledge into a feasible business plan.
The grant, of maximum €181.512 for two years, pays for your salary costs, technical assistance, and costs of materials and expenses for external advise, training and coaching.
You can use your budget to join the BioPartner Biobusiness Master class: an executive mini-MBA tailored for the life sciences sector. Your trainers are experienced specialist and entrepreneurs in the field of life sciences.

In general, BioPartner provides information and advice, grants and capital and facilities. In addition to First Stage Grant, our Facilities Support can contribute to the purchase of highly specialised equipment.
Our fund invests in Start-up Ventures and we offer housing in our life sciences incubators, the BioPartner Centers, in Amsterdam, Groningen, Leiden, Maastricht, Utrecht en Wageningen. Finally, BioPartner Network offers advice, information support and networks.
