Workshop - Gene Networks

After you've come over all Christmas and New Year drinks, it's time to get back to business. You can start on 18th January 2005 with a workshop on Gene Networks. In collaboration with the Department of Medical Informatics of the Erasmus MC of Rotterdam GeNeYouS has prepared this 3-hour workshop. From their office in Rotterdam gene network experts Rob Jelier and Barend Mons will learn you all about intelligent data mining. There's still a few places left, so look for more information and register now at the website.

Absolutely Bioinformatics

Taking bioinformatics to the next level requires creative, truly original ideas. We invite you to share your plans with us by submitting them for this fourth call for the Horizon Breakthrough Project. Although your idea simply can't be too innovative, there are certain conditions to keep in mind. Your proposal should concern a short-term project, with a duration of 1-1.5 years. Your plan might well be long-term in nature, but it must be possible to carry out proof-of-concept testing during this limited period. It goes without saying that your proposal should be detailed and substantiated. More information about the Horizon Breakthrough Project is provided at http://www.genomics.nl
